- Being attuned to ELSA's brand strategy, proudly championing it!
- Go-to role to ideate, craft and execute Performance Ads
- Expert in designing for digital advertising; particularly in leads acquisition and growth hacking across (but not limited to) platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Tiktok, Email and Mobile Marketing
- Creating videos or other motion graphics where relevant e.g. animation sequences, dynamic infographics, gifs etc
- Collaborate extensively across teams (Performance, CRM etc.)
- Deliver quick turnaround projects and tasks in a speedy yet strategic manner
- Plan, manage and prioritize multiple projects to deliver them on time
- Fine-tune and finish your final artwork (FA) with maximum precision, apply rigorous attention towards design details and final copy
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts, Design or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive graphic design experience
- A strong portfolio of work in digital advertising, especially Performance Ads
- Proficient in both written and oral English
- Proficient with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects
- Proficient in video shooting, editing, and production
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
- Good aesthetic sense in typography, color and layout composition
- Proactive team player with excellent communication skills
- Organize with a clear ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Stay focused, positive and objective in a dynamic high-growth environment
- Able to adapt in a fast pace and flexible working environment
- Experience with mobile app Subscription based business
- Experience in EdTech products
