.Net Developer

1. Overall Objective

The .Net developer is responsible for coding, designing and deploying software system of FiinGroup.

2. Key Performance Indicators

• Man-hours or Story points (20%)
• Projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the required quality standard (40%)
• A PO / PM / Project members satisfaction score provides a measure of quality for your service or product delivered based on surveys post-delivery (40%)

3. Key Areas

a. Development (70%)

• Coordinate with architects and stakeholders to determine required system functionalities.
• Design, develop, unit test and deploy software application using .NET technologies
• Participate in code reviews to help maintain code quality and encourage learning within the team.
• Work with the BA/QA team to ensure that the software is fully unit tested, can be performance-tested, and passes quality requirements

b. Maintenance (30%)

• Investigate and fix root cause of application defects
• Involve in monitoring, enhancing performance, user experience

4. Requirements:

a. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technologies, computer sciences or equivalent

b. Experiences:

• 1+ year experience in .NET Core 2.2+ and .NET 4.5+ development.
• Experience with OOP: SOLID, Design patterns.
• Experience in MS SQL Server.
• Experience of working in an Agile environment (preferably Scrum/ Kanban) and associated tools such as JIRA

c. Skills: Good in logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills

d. Attitude:

• Good teamwork

• Passion for software development and learning new technologies.

e. Knowledge:

• Good knowledge in HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, HTML 5 and CSS 3

• SQL Tunning
