NFT Community Lead

A, GENERAL DESCRIPTION
CRYPTORY is currently seeking a Community Operator Lead to help build a healthy, trustable brand through strong community building, management, and strategies. You'll be responsible for creating and supporting social strategies for the brand across digital platforms and work directly on marketing and user engagement campaigns in a fast-paced and forward-thinking environment. This includes awareness of best practices across all social platforms, including Telegram, Discord, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, ... Knowledge/interest in Web 3.0 technology (blockchain, NFTs, cryptocurrency, metaverse platforms) is required.
In addition to being organized, analytical and resourceful, you must possess strong communication skills that are needed to interact with a variety of people and company functions. High enthusiasm, emotional intelligence, creativity, passion, and resourcefulness are crucial.
This is a flexible position (full-time or remote) but includes a benefits package.
B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop plan & give the team guidances to execute, and iterate upon community engagement/growth campaigns with an experimental and analytical approach
Lead & grow the Community across Twitter, Discord, Telegram, FB Group...
Continuously monitor our social media channels, and engage meaningfully with both our community and the wider crypto community as a representative
Define the community roadmap, including realistic yet ambitious KPIs
Establish solid work/team processes, measurable successes, and scale the Community to new heights
Act as a bridge to relay back critical feedback and pain points back to the team
Work with media team to complete the performance tracking for the growth of the community
Manage and direct content generation from content team and lead all growth initiatives across Community and Social Media channels
Create unique and creative ways to maximize the community
Monitoring and moderating user-generated content
Develop relationships with individuals or other communities in need of connection to scale our community
Searching for and reaching out to potential partners
C, REQUIREMENT:
Good understanding with passion & interest in Gaming/Tech/Crypto/Web3
1-2 Years of experience in Marketing, Social Media & Community Management
Experience in community management and posting professionally on TG/Discord/Fb...
Experience on TG and Discord
Track record of community building and engaging with the audience.
Excellent communication, time management skills, and leadership skills
Strong relationship building and excels at working collaboratively with cross-functional partners
Results-driven, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized
A team player, fast learner with strong work ethics, looking to strive at what they do in a dynamic and competitive landscape
Good at English both written and spoken
