Mô tả công việc
- Record daily accounting transactions (AP, AR, bank, cash, inventory, etc.) in a timely and accurate manner
- Work with bank for preparing and processing bank payment orders
- Issue VAT invoices for sales transactions in compliance with relevant tax regulations.
- Review and verify incoming documents, including VAT invoices, goods receipt notes, and other financial and accounting documents.
- Reconcile outstanding balances with customers, suppliers, and banks on a regular basis to ensure data consistency.
- Filing accounting documents
- Assist in tax filings and compliance with local accounting regulations
- Assist the year-end audit process as required
- Stock count at year end.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1 years in accounting roles within foreign-invested companies, preferably in manufacturing.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Can communicate by English.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Honest, responsible, and committed to deadlines
