Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
Prepare accurate quotations and contracts in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate closely with the other teams to ensure smooth and on-schedule operations.
Plan and conduct regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
Generate profit through international forwarding services (Sea and Air), as well as inland logistics operations such as trucking, customs declaration (CDs), and other related services.
Prepare and submit detailed work reports and sales updates as required.
Provide support for Japanese
sales staff in daily sales activities and customer communication.
Bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university.
Honest, humble, and responsible.
At least 2 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the logistics industry.
Proactive and quick to take action, with the ability to understand customer needs and resolve issues effectively.
Persistent and resilient-someone who never gives up easily.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
Intermediate English proficiency; Japanese skills are an advantage.
Income: 12,000,000 - 32,000,000 VND per month (based on experience and performance).
