JOB DESCRIPTION
Working with the marketing supervisor to achieve the marketing objectives by contributing new ideas and helping to plan marketing activities,
Event & Campaign research, planning, development, implementation and on budget to promote company's products aligned with the overall company strategy, positioning, and target audience
Manage all aspects of event organization including: Creation of marketing material, event messaging, vendor relations, accommodations, registration, on-site set-up, etc.
Content creation, including writing content for campaign material, idea proposal and action plan, other related marketing materials
Generate and nurture new event leads and manage them within the CRM database
Contact suppliers to collect quotation, work with suppliers to ensure delivering the high-quality outcomes
Cost management, contribute to budget planning, monitoring ongoing (and final) spend and delivering the best possible ROI for events
Cross-departmental coordination with digital marketing team, product team, and others to promote and execute all marketing events through company channels.
Follow with post-event reports including photo report, performance report, survey and collect feedback from customers
Manage the merchandising inventory and production, marketing assets including brochure, catalog, flyer, gift set, etc.
Other tasks assigned by marketing supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree in Marketing, International Business, or other relevant majors
1-3 years experience in marketing and event management either in agency or brand
Experience in event or activation planning, execution and management with proven ability.
Outstanding communication and cross-department coordination skills
Strong relationship with the production suppliers is a plus.
Detail-oriented and good at organizational skills.
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong initiative and ability to work independently delivering high-quality results
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good in graphic design with Canva or Ai is a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION
Support the execution of events and activations.
Support the planning, strategy, and execution of BritCham Vietnam events to ensure a high-quality level of delivery.
Supporting the design of marketing materials relevant to each event.
Supporting the management of marketing materials, merchandising items, and other logistic tasks.
Follow up with vendor/sponsor contracts and papers to ensure that it is finalised.
Follow up with the required event reports and payments for events.
Keep track and cascade correspondence in and out
Support other team members (if needed)
Translate document (if needed)
REQUIREMENTS
University student/graduate with a degree in Marketing, International Business, Events Management, or other relevant majors
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, active learner
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Having basic skill in design with Canva or Ai is a plus
