We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern/Fresher to join our team! You will gain hands-on experience working on exciting campaigns across digital platforms, from social media to paid ads. This is a great opportunity to develop your marketing skills and contribute to real projects.
Key responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Ideation:

• Generate creative content ideas (text, video, image) for ad campaigns.
• Develop ad creatives for multiple ad networks (Google, Meta, TikTok, Unity, etc.).
• Collaborate with the Creative team to produce high-quality visuals.

2. Digital Advertising & Campaigns:

• Assist in executing and optimizing digital ad campaigns.
• Research and test new content formats to improve performance.
• Analyze ad performance and suggest content improvements.

3. Social Media & Trends:

• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging content formats.
• Support social media content planning and audience engagement.

4. Performance Optimization & Analytics:

• Assist in A/B testing and optimizing ad creatives.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports.

5. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align content with goals.
• Support coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Yêu cầu ứng viên:
Knowledge:

• Graduated/Soon to graduate Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, and related fields. Must work 100% full-time in the office
• Have 3-6 months of experience in Content Marketing/ Performance Marketing/ Digital Marketing
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising.
• Familiarity with major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) is a plus.
• Knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere, etc.).
• Basic understanding of performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).

Skill:

• Strong creativity in generating content ideas (text, image, video).
• Proficient in English communication
• Ability to research and apply marketing trends to content creation.
• Analytical thinking for evaluating ad performance and optimizing content.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
