JOB DESCRIPTION
• Coordinate and support all aspects of internal and external recruitment from approvals, advertising & sourcing to ensure that suitably qualified staff are available to meet business demands
• Represents DHL as a key contact point for candidates during their application process
• Ensure the Recruitment SOP is followed strictly, including background checks and approvals policy
• Coordinate with the HRBPs in ensuring the Pre-boarding and On-boarding journeys for the newcomers are carried out appropriately and effectively
• Overall support the implementation and the maintenance of the HRIS related to recruitment and onboarding for the new comers
• Manage the operational and distribution of Talent Acquisition surveys, including the surveys for the candidates and the new comers
• Regularly perform internal data quality check of the recruitment and onboarding systems
• Manage the standard documents process for the newcomers
• Other tasks required by the Line Manager
REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years of relevant HR and Recruitment experience, preferably in an MNC
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in HR Management, International Business, or a related field.
Good English in both writing & speaking
Other Tool skills: Excel, PowerPoints, Canva
Can-do attitude & commitment to excel

Highlight areas for improvement with suggested solutions to improve DHL's procedures, technology, and service to enhance customers' experience with DHL.
Adhere to global CS procedures while maintaining discretion to exercise flexibility to customers' needs within reasonable limits in consultation with CS supervisors and managers.
Assist the supervisors (if applicable) in carrying out relevant CS orientation/training programs for new or existing CS staff.
REQUIREMENTS
2 years experience in a Customer Contact Centre or Telesales environment in a service industry (preferable)
Diploma in Business (preferable) or equivalent
Fluent in English
