JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a full-time Sales B2B Executive who is passionate about the Vietnam Tourism Industry. You will play a key role in building long-lasting relationships with Clients in our B2B community by consulting the best business solution for Clients. Therefore, you should be super proactive, aggressive and understand our products enough to advise Clients. You should also have excellent sales skills, customer service skills, and communication skills.
Success in this position requires a strong background in Tourism, results-oriented management with excellent follow-through and attention to detail; strong and persuasive communication skills; solid technology skills; and a flexible, entrepreneurial orientation. The ideal candidate must be proactive and creative to thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment where prioritizing and multitasking are the norm.
Scope of work:
Build good relationships with potential Clients, Identify their needs and Consult them with the most suitable product to increase sales and profitability
Be responsible for repurchase ratio
Have thorough market intelligence: Understand the industry and its developments
Very good knowledge of market trends, customer booking trends
Request Inventory team to restock products according to Clients' needs.
Optimize use of process and systems - Be familiar with full spectrum of business tools
Aim to reach/exceed sales targets
Report to line managers
Other reasonable duties, as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification required:
Strong background in Tourism or E-commerce (>1 years)
Work experience as a salesman
Fluent English and Vietnamese speaker
Exceptional client service skills and enjoy working with people
Data-driven, superior attention to detail
High energy, proactive, positive, professional attitude; take pride in work product
Strong computer skills to include: Microsoft Office and experience in using OTA extranet
(preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management skills and ability to manage concurrent tasks efficiently
Have great teamwork skills, as well as individual initiative
