• Provide excellence guest service, while having the ability to predict and exceed the guest's needs and expectations.
• Must have knowledge of all cashier function.
• Have a thorough knowledge of the sequence of service and follow it at all times.
• Clears, cleans, resets and maintains station during shift.
• Assist all other servers to give excellent, seamless service to the guest.
• Perform all side work.
• Knowledgeable of all the properties amenities and services, have the ability to make suggestions to promote the property.
• Properly present all checks and collect necessary funds or signature.
• Handle guest complaints immediately, involve management when needed.
• Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.
