Office Administration Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. To be successful in this role, you would demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills that will help run our office administration operations smoothly. You should be a committed team player, proactive, helpful, and who can anticipate and solve problems and can communicate well with all levels of staff. You would have strong organizing skills and a very positive service attitude.
Your Job.
Office Administration

• Deal with suppliers and couriers and any other office deliveries or collections (including oversea delivery)
• Manage all office supplies inclusive of stationery and pantry supplies
• Support new joiners and leavers processes in relation to the office tasks (access, printer access and set up)
• Continually look to improve the look, feel and functionality of the office for the team
• Manage office main line, screening calls and transferring when appropriate

Operation assistant

• Assist in the formulation, organization and execution of team events.
• Support the team on executing employer branding campaigns, and source for all its related collaterals
• Ad hoc support to finance and business operation

IT Coordination

• Manage the end-to-end physical and/or remote technical setup to ensure smooth onboarding for new joiners.
• Coordinate with Group IT on all office equipment and procurement
