JOB DESCRIPTION
💼 Your Role
As a Global Campaign Operator - K-beauty Brand Marketing Manager (SOONIKO), you will:
Plan and manage TikTok and Instagram global influencer seeding and performance (digital advertising) campaigns.
Develop campaign concepts and oversee content production from start to finish.
Manage the entire process from creative planning to campaign execution across social media platforms.
Communicate directly with American influencers via DM/email - guiding them from product dispatch to content creation and posting.
Utilize internal tools (Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, Slack) to track progress, manage operations, and share key insights with the team.
Build the foundation to grow together as an early member of a global skincare brand targeting markets worldwide.
Collaborate closely with the Korea, Vietnam, and US-based teams to drive measurable results in brand performance and sales.

Total View Growth: Contribute to increasing total influencer-generated video views.
100% Campaign Completion Rate: Ensure all influencer content is delivered on time.
Total Revenue Growth: Contribute to overall sales increase through digital ad operations and performance campaigns.
Campaign Performance: Monitor, analyze, and continuously optimize campaign results.

Familiarity with TikTok & Instagram content formats and influencer culture.
Experience with Slack, Notion, and Google Sheets/Airtable.
Portfolio or examples of previous marketing or influencer-related work.
