RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruiting Writers
Screen/pre-select resumes and shortlist applicants from internal/external sources like Facebook, LinkedIn, Fanpage, Websites,...
Organize job advertisements on internal and external channels (intranet, network, Linkedin, job-posting website, headhunter firms, and etc.);
Schedule interviews, coordinate initial interview, and participate in all later interviews;
Generate offer letters to qualified candidates;
Responsible for the process of collecting documentation for onboarding writers and manage writer information;
Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates;
Be responsible for following up and filling vacancies as assigned; ensuring the quality of candidates' selection to meet the company's requirements;
Contact, reply and respond to candidates' questions prior to job requirements;
Design writing tests for writers;
Evaluate candidates' writing ability based on the test performance;
Preparing contracts, payslip for new writers.
Managing Writers
Build and maintain relationships with writers by communicating regularly and conferring with writers to resolve any problems or questions;
Work closely with Operation Team dealing with writer's issues and complaints;
Set up KPI for writers, performance review for writers.

8.30 AM - 5.30 PM (Day Shift - HCM city)

You will work in rotating shifts with your colleagues and have 1 day off per week
RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address any questions or issues customers may have via hotline, email, and social accounts.
Communicate with customers to understand their requests and confirm orders;
Handle customers' complaints about services;
Understand the company's service packages in order to advise customers effectively;
Follow-up and control the order status;
Dealing with orders as per company policies, and procedures with customers;

RESPONSIBILITIES
Updating purchase details (order information and pricing) to internal databases
Tracking order deadlines and addressing any delays/order issues
Support pre-sales and post-sales activities between Customer Services, and Finance for all quote-to-order functions, including adjust quotes, change orders, refunds, and order status inquiries
Work closely with Customer Services and Freelancers to ensure all orders are captured & updated as required and to ensure accuracy
Review all modification orders for completeness and errors
Work with the sales team to mitigate any problems with orders to ensure accuracy
Work collaboratively and cooperatively with colleagues to accomplish shared goals
Process and ensure refund request policies including appropriate approval and documentation
Preparing detailed monthly reports on order status and freelancer performance evaluation
Forecast the hiring needs for the writing partner position
