- Observe and collect information on clients' products and services.
- Be well versed in all agencies ' systems/procedures and keep updated on marketing and communication trends.
- Keep the team fully abreast of all competitive advertising and press coverage of the brands, their competitors, and the market place
- Ensure the superior quality service and experiential communications ideas are delivered timely and executed effectively to clients.
- Be the main contact between the Account team and other internal departments (including operation and back-office teams) to ensure the efficiency of all marketing and communication activities for clients/accounts.
- Seek, work closely, and well manage suppliers on issues relating to the efficient administration of the accounts.
- Take responsibility for invoice control/estimation and queries in liaison with the Accounting department and other departments.
- Assist individuals and team among Account team in the preparation of materials for clients' meeting and regular reports
- Assist to formulate and implement effective communication to clients
- Communicate between clients and team to complete contracts, billings, pitching documents, etc.
- Deliver reports, analysis, and other tasks as requested
- High- end product market
- Experience in building marketing strategies in all aspects (branding, products, distribution...)
- Fluent communication and presentation skills, both in verbal and in writing
- Desk research and analysis skills
- Fluency in both verbal and written English is preferred
- Organized and detail-oriented individual
- Creative thinking, good communication, and motivation
- Teamwork and responsibility
