Operation Event/Activation (Intern)Integration Communication

Job Description
· Dealing with vendors: printing, gift, venue, hotel, transportation, equipments, caterers, technical operation.
· Handling logistics: Prepare checklist, arranging equipment and necessary items for event.
· Managing the operation of campaigned data reports and image reports.
· Tracking POSM inventory, gifts, following contracts, liquidation with suppliers.
· Observing operation activities for projects to take place effectively;
· Other tasks as directed by management.
Job Requirement
· Final year or recently graduated students major in Business or Marketing.
· Commit for at least 2 months of internship; 4,5 days/week.
· Good communication & team-work skills.
· Strong interest in Event Marketing.
· Work under the pressure and a robust/resilient attitude toward challenges
· Computer skills with proficiencies in Excel & PowerPoint and other related programs.
· Experience Marketing, Advertising, Hospitality, Nighlight or related field;
· Preferred students with good English skills.
