Clinic operation
Develop detailed operating procedures for each stage in the clinic and a chart of personnel in charge (determine the exact factors affecting the effectiveness of the process - set evaluated standards)
Measure and evaluate, improve operational processes day by day
Manage and maintain equipment in the clinic in good condition. Manage medical supplies/drugs/[protected info] stock up and order by week/ month/quarter
Control the operating process of the clinic, update the line manager, and solve arising problems to ensure smooth workflow of the clinic
Provide support to the required maintenance related to HIS/LIS system, surveillance, server, and network.
IT support: troubleshooting issues and providing relevant support (laptops, telephones, network, etc.), ensuring all the equipment in the office is operated and maintained in good condition. Suggest buying/renting when necessary.
Human Resource
Cooperate with the other department to control and monitor the booking amount, and prepare suitable human resources, machines, and equipment related
Improvise process (health check-up, report...) and support another department when short staff
Contact part-time doctors, and nurses, arrange their schedule, and check attendance
Daily medical staff schedule report of the next day
Take care of colleagues to recognize actual problems arising in the labor relationship, intervene and support to avoid internal conflicts.
Making reports related to human resources situation and working process on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
