Operations Executive (Competitive Salary)

1/ Office operations
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
Collaborate closely with operational staff, including cleaners and security guards, to ensure seamless functioning of the office without any issues.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to organize company events (Internal summits, year-end parties, Christmas celebrations, etc.).
Assist in ongoing records and information review to determine the effectiveness of work processes and procedures.
Detect and carry out preventive measures for inefficiencies in processes and procedures.
2/ Procurement of goods and services
Maintain vendor database regularly.
Assist in the selection of appropriate suppliers and contractors, to promote good procurement practices with due regard to sustainability, purchasing standards, and costing.
Provide guidance for departments to process small value purchases as regulated in the procurement process.
Work with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality and delivery requirements.
Payment terms negotiation, optimization and management; Cost-saving budgeting and targeting.
Keep track of the order pipeline systematically on a regular basis.
Ensure that all assigned supplier contracts are up to date and electronic and paper copies are stored appropriately.
Work with Sales and Finance departments to support payment processes to sellers.
3/ Other tasks as assigned by the Department Head and Office manager.
