Mô tả công việc
As an Operations Executive, you will:
Play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth & efficient operations in a high-pressure environment.
Be responsible for supporting various aspects of our legal & finance operations, working closely with the Head of Internal Affairs & CEO to deliver requirements in an efficient & effective manner.
Strong communication and attention to detail are REQUIRED to be considered for this role, your ability to demonstrate liaising with stakeholders at all levels will ensure your success.

Yêu cầu
Qualification degree in Business Administration/Legal
At least 2 years working experience at the same position.
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to addressing challenges.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Hard working, honesty; flexibility and adaptability.
Knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law.
Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
