Overall purpose of the job: Purchase automobile oversea parts
Main responsibilities:
• Know the process of
purchasing & importing oversea parts.
• Negotiate price, trading terms, delivery condition (FOB, CNF, CIF...) with suppliers.
• Create and follow up import - export orders from order step, L/C open or payment, until the parts arrive at warehouse.
• Prepare and check import-export document: contract, invoice, packing list, bill of lading, CO, CQ,....
• Work with relating Depts (warehouse, accounting, certification, import-export,...) to ensure estimated arrival date.
• Follow up international cargos, handle issues of delivery, custom clearance, document,....
• Control parts stock, make import plan based on market demand and sales plan.
• Update information of international automobile market: price trend, new source, new supplier.
• Report periodically about purchasing cost, order progress, supply situation.
