1. Improving overall Organization Effectiveness
- Together with Functional Strategic Business Partners, implement OE principles in the market by identifying opportunities and transformational work necessary that will improve the efficiency and productivity of the organization
- Provides organizational intelligence to key stakeholders such as HRD, SBPs, and Functional Leaders using the OE Index to continuously look for opportunities to improve the effectiveness of the organization
- Liaise with BIG Group Office OE team in benchmarking best practices of relative size market and define plans how it can be emulated in the respective market
- Evaluate and analyze the cost-benefit ratio of short term and long term organization re-design plans and ensure they will generate favorable returns to the business
2. Labor Cost Management
- Partners with HRD in managing labor cost of the market having a clear understanding of cost structures and how business decisions affect it
- Together with HRD, SBPs, and other relevant business leaders, supports the definition of business plans, rolling estimates and long-range plans for Labor Cost, taking into consideration business strategies (i.e re-organization, benefit changes, CBAs, salary changes, etc) and other variables that will have an impact to Labor Cost
- Conducts a regular review of Labor Cost performance to create awareness and define action plans whenever needed to address challenges
- Provides insights on how to optimize Labor Cost and work with Strategic Business Partners in driving labor cost to NSR
3. BIG Organization Effectiveness Support
- Act as focal person for OE related matters in the market and may be assigned to handle pan-BIG OE analysis
- Work with People Services to ensure accuracy of organization information and alignment with the standard mapping set by BIG Group COEs

Yêu cầu công việc

- University/Bachelor's Degree - preferably Business or Industrial Engineering graduates
- Working experience in Organizational Design / People Analytics / Labor Cost Management and working knowledge on Human Resources
- Highly data-driven and must have sound knowledge of the business
- Must be able to influence others to drive actions/progress
- Proficiency in MS Excel, statistical tools, and other data analysis tools
- Must be able to present to business leaders within and outside People Team
