Conduct consumer insights, market research, and competitor survey to input the market benchmark, positioning and ensure potential of target markets.
Propose and brainstorm with Overseas
Marketing Manager to evaluate the category potential and new products launching plan.
Contribute to distributor planning and implement of event, activation, promotion plan, advertising, social media, content, and design.
Optimize the execution of campaigns across online and offline channels at best performance.
Reinforce the relationship with customers to acquire valuable information and to hold best collaboration.
Balance distributor's requirement with our marketing strategy.
Monitor all marketing A&P budget.
Review the result and set tactics to solve the issue with the aim of reaching the target.
Provide post-event report, marketing activity tracking report, insights on the effectiveness spending/plan of each activity.
Work well with cross-functional departments to ensure product productions meet timeline.
Prepare the presentations and reports as needed.
Be responsible for payments/proposal submitted to the related departments following the timeline and the company policy.
Become a Brand Ambassador to represent the company and products.
Any other job functions/projects assigned by Overseas Marketing Manager.
