Mô tả công việc
- Be in charge of collecting and monitoring tuition fees.
- Ensure that classroom supplies are always sufficient and usable.
- Monitor and update the list of equipment and tools to buy for the center.
- Provide course information and maintaining contact with parents.
- Participate in the preparation of all center events.
- Keep track of all necessary supplies for classes such as in class game materials or art and craft activities.
- Be responsible for keeping work area (including digital files) organized.
- Assist weak students during working hours as needed, including reading, grammar reviewing, speaking practice.
Yêu cầu
- Be at least B2 level in English as working environment is mostly in english
- Cheerful, energetic, honest and hard-working.
- Have a smart appearance.
- Really love children.
- Good time management, attention to details, organised.
- Be able to work and stay calm under pressure.
- Be able to multitask.
- Be enthusiastic and self motivated.
- Can work independently.
- Know your way around a computer especially MS office. Canva, Kahoot and any other education related software is a bonus.
- Be a creative individual.
- Have 1-2 years working experience in a related field.
- Have to be available 8 hours daily for 5 days a week. This includes evening shifts from 15.30 to 20.30.
