Company Profile: International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group, is recruiting on behalf of an international cosmetic company.
Job Summary: Our highly respected client is seeking for a Partnership Manager (Beauty & Cosmetics) who will be responsible for achieving net sales plan and driving opportunities for financial targets. The job is open for Vietnamese only, the candidate will be based in HCM.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the net sales plans, retail sales reports, operational progress, and cross-brand collaboration; keep net shipment plans updated based on trade and promotional activity.
Work closely with retailers to expand the brand portfolio and presence with the retailer and build sales growth through targeted propositions, collaborate with retailers and internal stakeholders.
Support the annual/ quarterly meetings with retailers.
Update all financial tracking reports within agreed timelines.
Have deep understanding on the store operations and activities of each retailer and works in conjunction with the field-based store team to deliver wholesale and retail results.
Work collaboratively with Planning and Marketing teams and participate proactively in promotional and launch planning processes.
Partner with Brand and Marketing teams in presentations to retailers to launch new plan and identify growth opportunities.
Analyze retail and wholesale data to spot trends and determine strengths and weaknesses, propose solution plan for critical issues.
Attend regular store visits to understand the retail environment, gather feedback on challenges and successes and propose new best practices.
Communicate effectively with field team on retailer strategy and opportunities to maximize wholesale and retail sales.
Collaborate with Commercial team and assist General Manager in developing distribution strategies and account growth in line with overall brand strategy.
· At least 5 years of experience in Sales/ Key Account in e-commerce platform.
· Must have strong communication, interpersonal skills.
· Proactive in problem-solving and taking initiative to improve business.
· Strong at dealing with multiple stakeholders and cross- functional team
· Proven experience in negotiating with retail/business partners.
· An independent individual with the ability to make solid business decisions
· Strong at data analysis to track business trends and keep up to date on performance
· Ability to keep up to date on beauty industry trends and competitor landscape.
· Able to adapt to changes/ directions with flexibility; switch between a retailer-specific view and generic analysis of the business.
