Personal Assistant to regional fitness manager of production - hà nội

- The Personal Assistant will be expected to provide high-level, confidential administrative support. Duties include clerical, administrative and project-based responsibilities such as scheduling travel, arranging meetings, handling information requests, preparing, reports, and correspondence and liaising with the board members. This position is privy to confidential information and as such, requires the highest level of diplomacy and discretion.
- Manage schedule and calendar of the RFM
- Organize, compile, assimilate, and prepare confidential and sensitive documents
- Book and manage travel costs for RFM
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations on an as needed basis
- Take dictation and minutes
- Act as a translator and provide written translations for all materials
- Manage and pay invoices/ bills
- In addition to supporting there may be additional workload and responsibilities.
- In addition to administrative work directly for the company, there may be additional workload and responsibilities. The scope of the role can be extensive and additional duties may include handling personal errands and other tasks for senior management to ensure that their time is best spent focusing on the business.
