Planning Manager

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Planning Manager (1500 USD, ID 12072)
Prepare, forecast and manage capacity reports as well as data on procedures in collaboration with related parties (customers, vendors, factories, and other departments and managers).
In charge of the Production Planning section: Capacity, Production, Marterial Planning
Ensure capacity agreements match with timeframes, demand, and stability with associated parties by arranging orders according to agreements with vendors, mills, factories, and clients.
Minimize the gap between planning and actual practice by collaborating with relevant stakeholders to develop an action plan and make required adjustments.
Follow processes closely and update information with associated parties in a timely manner
Monitor and follow schedules with related parties
Manage, train, and coach staffs
Other tasks as assigned
