Plant Manager

· To evaluate the production capacities of factories by working in coordination with Sales and Marketing department. To prepare feasibility studies regarding the investments required within the framework of the annual growth plan,
· Ensuring that production lines and machinery are organized and used on the basis of efficiency,
· To analyze the problems that may occur in the factory, to create solution alternatives,
· Performing production cost analysis, reporting to senior management,
· To monitor and implement sectoral technological developments, to ensure the development of new investments,
· Planned production; to ensure that it is produced in the desired quality, on time, in the right amount and variety,
· Ensuring that all the resources (raw materials, personnel, materials, equipment, etc.) required for the production to be carried out in accordance with the planned are available at the appropriate place, at the appropriate time and with appropriate features,
· To ensure that non-conformed products are recalled in case any problem is detected in the distributed products,
· Performing cost management and working to reduce costs,
· Providing the release of new products or the development of existing products,
· Ensuring that incoming, process, final control and shipment controls are carried out in a timely manner,
· To carry out cleaning and order controls in the production area personally and to ensure that routine controls are carried out by the quality control team,
· Ensuring that raw materials and finished goods are stored under appropriate conditions,
· Ensuring the order, cleanliness and security of the warehouse,
· Ensuring that quality records are kept and controls,
· Coordinating the factory with other departments,
· To provide information flow and high level coordination between the factory and senior management,
· Evaluating the performance of its personnel and preparing development plans in coordination with Human Resources,
· To work in line with Human Resources policies and in coordination with the Human Resources department with regards of staff training, leave, orientation, etc.
· To prepare the norm staff of the factory. To update the norm staff in line with company strategies and to provide the necessary workforce by working in coordination with Human Resources,
· Machinery, tools, equipment, factory, office... etc. ensure that direct or auxiliary resources maintenance, cleaning and repair activities are carried out in a timely manner,
· To take the necessary preventive actions for occupational safety and health and to ensure that they are applied in the factory,
· Ensuring and supervising the effective implementation of the quality management system in the factory,
· Representing the factory within the framework of its field of business, within the limits of its authorities,
· Being responsible for all operational activities including purchasing, production, planning-weaving-prepress and quality
These duties and responsibilities should be done on the condition that they do not offend the personal and professional status of the person.
