Procurement Manager (sea freight)

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

• Procure service for service provision as assigned

• Prepare cost for local and RHQ and or GHQ TMP tender. Analize the result of OFF tenders

• Evaluate supplier's capacity & service quality of procurement section. Propose criteria for supplier's selection

• Control implementation of contracts in OFF procurement section

KEY ACCOUNTABLITIES:

1/ Strategic Management; Planning & Operating:

• Build annual operation plan of procurement Section

• Task assignment; monitoring; evaluation of implementation, resource allocation, HR coaching, plan adjustment for procurement section

• Analysis & take measures for performance improvement of procurement section. Kaizen review for improvement of procurement section

• Support GM to formulate OFF procurement strategy. (HQ)

• Set up procurement guidline following GHQ/RHQ direction (HQ)

2/ Marketing:

• Participate in maintaining relationships with current customers

• Participate in implementing actions for new project setup

• Prepare cost for local and RHQ and or GHQ TMP tender. Analize the result of OFF tenders

3/ Supply chain management:

• Participate in develop framework for supplier management (process, policies, criteria for selection) in OFF.

• Support GM to develop OFF product.

• Materials and services procurement: Procure service for service provision as assigned

• Propose list of tender requirements. Pre-evaluate supplier's capacity

• Supplier management: evaluate supplier's capacity & service quality of procurement section. Propose criteria for supplier's selection

• Control implementation of contracts in OFF procurement sections.

4/ Service operation: Supporting in service delivery (booking management, space management, schedule, service delivery, information update)

5/ Internal control system: Build & improve process of section. Manage the internal process and providing business insight ideas for control/process improvement
