Mô tả công việc
一、工作职责:
在越南市场开发、评估、审核并维护鞋类原材料供应商,包括皮革、纺织材料、鞋底等。
建立并维护供应商档案及相关资料。
根据公司生产计划和采购需求,执行采购订单。
向合格供应商下达采购指令,并全程跟进订单执行进度。
确保原材料按时、按量、按质量要求交付。
及时处理采购过程中出现的异常情况。
收集并分析越南市场鞋材原材料价格信息。
进行成本分析,支持公司采购成本控制。
主导与供应商就价格、付款条件、交货条款等进行商务谈判,争取最优采购条件。
1- Job Description:
Identify, evaluate, audit, and develop suppliers of shoe raw materials (leather, textiles, shoe soles, ETC.) in the Vietnamese market.
Establish and maintain supplier profiles and related documentation.
Execute procurement orders in accordance with production plans and
purchasing requirements.
Issue procurement instructions to qualified suppliers.
Track procurement orders throughout the entire process to ensure on-time, in-quantity, and in-quality delivery.
Handle procurement order abnormalities in a timely manner.
Collect and analyze raw material price information in the Vietnamese market.
Conduct cost analysis to support procurement cost control.
Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers on pricing, payment terms, delivery conditions, and other procurement terms.
Yêu cầu
三、任职要求:
国籍:中华人民共和国。
具备鞋类行业长期从业经验。
拥有越南市场的供应链及鞋材供应商资源;应聘时需明确说明可合作的核心供应商资源(供管理层审核)。
不具备 Adidas 品牌相关工作经验(因产品类别差异)。
具备良好的供应商开发、商务谈判及成本控制能力。
具备良好的沟通协调能力和问题解决能力。
能够独立工作,并承受一定工作压力。
3- Job Requirements:
Nationality: Chinese.
Must have long-term experience in the footwear/shoe industry.
Possess supply chain and supplier resources in the Vietnamese market; candidates must clearly specify key cooperative supplier resources when applying.
No experience working with Adidas brand (due to differences in product categories).
Strong supplier development, negotiation, and cost control capabilities.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
