JOB ROLE:



We develop and manufacture unique, innovative, quality, added value multi national frozen food products for our EU, USA customers. We operate at sites in Vietnam.



We are looking for an experienced Development Chef with creative flair who is interested in working in a Development kitchen within a food manufacturing environment.



The Chef will be tasked with using culinary knowledge to create amazing products that can be offered to both Retail and the Food Service.



The Development Chef will work closely with the existing development Team to bring brand new concepts to the Market.



Key Accountabilities.



• You will be tasked with transforming your culinary knowledge into amazing products that keep this business ahead in a competitive marketplace.

• Knowledge of a wide variety of cuisines is preferred, but particularly European and Fusion cuisines.

• Together with the in house and customer product development teams, develop innovative food products in variety of ranges from seafood, vegan and vegetable to desserts, sauces

• Work with the Managing Director, Development Manager, and kitchen team to execute briefs
