What you will do
Review information & documents of account registration, articles's content;
Check & ensure that the documents, content & images of the information on the system are correct;
Respond to emails/ chats of customers on product guidances and features, issues (if any);
Support writing articles on the website and internal materials.
What you will need
Careful, hard-working, skillful;
Ability to quickly handle operating activities on computers;
Preference will be given to those who are flexible & have good writing skill sets;
Preference will be given to final year students, major in economics/ finance;
Preference will be given to those with experience in customer services.
