Mô tả công việc
You will be the single point of contact for business requirements and delivery governance for internal systems.
Daily support & request intake (daily work)
Be ready to receive daily support requests from Matthews staff in Australia via Company Email / Microsoft Teams
Triage requests by priority (P0-P3), coordinate follow-ups, track progress, and close requests with clear outcomes
Maintain an intake log: status, owner, ETA, resolution, and learnings
Requirements discovery & documentation
Work directly with BOD/Heads and cross-functional teams to understand pain points and goals
Convert needs into clear documentation: Problem → Goal → Scope/Non-scope → Business rules → Success metrics
Write structured artifacts:
Initiatives / Epics / User Stories
Acceptance Criteria (Given/When/Then)
Process flows and light wireframes/mockups (when needed)
Backlog management & prioritisation
Own a single backlog and keep it clean: Initiative → Epic → Story → AC
Prioritise by impact/urgency/risk/effort; prevent scope creep through change requests
Build release plans with clear dependencies
Delivery governance & UAT (multi-team / multi-partner)
Define and enforce Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD)
Coordinate estimation, dependencies, and release cadence with delivery teams/vendors
Organise UAT, consolidate issues/changes, and sign-off based on Acceptance Criteria
Reporting requirements & enablement
Standardise reporting needs and create a KPI Dictionary at a business level (you are not expected to build a data warehouse)
Prepare SOP/FAQ and support user adoption after go-live
Provide weekly updates: status report, decision log, risk log
Yêu cầu
Requirements (Must-have)
Strong English communication (meetings + emails); confident working with Australia-based stakeholders
Experience as PO / BA / PM in internal systems or digital transformation projects (retail/operations is a big plus)
Understanding of end-to-end retail/chain operations (sales, inventory, promotions, refunds, basic finance closing)
Ability to write clear deliverables: user stories + acceptance criteria, business rules, UAT checklists
Strong stakeholder management: align expectations, drive clarity, and follow through
Nice-to-have
Basic SQL and/or familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Looker, Metabase, etc.) at a business level
Experience with POS / Inventory / ERP / CRM / eCommerce operations
Cross-border/remote working experience
