Production Executive

Manage and maintain the production process whilst making necessary decisions regarding production process and staff administration in order to ensure production deliveries and target achievements on time.
- Attend morning meetings, present previous day's production figures and discuss daily production issues, gather necessary information for daily production plan to maintain an uninterrupted production process.
- Attend pre-production meetings and understand technical requirements, machine settings, programming and quality standards in order to understand all necessary information for smooth operation.
- Attend to Dye House, Motif, S/S, Maintenance, Stores matters and liaise with relevant parties during the night shift and off days to ensure smooth functioning of operations.
- Plan the daily production by giving necessary advice & information to the Coordinators and Supervisors to achieve production targets on time.

- Actively involve in daily production process by making on time decisions, trouble shooting, waste controlling, bottle necks, packing issues etc. to ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Carry out the production process by adhering to the agreed quality standards, product specifications and quality specifications in order to deliver good quality products to the customer.
- Manage, maintain & present production reports on time to ensure the accuracy of information.
- Develop and maintain good industrial relations with employees, motivate and monitor employees to ensure appropriate & conducive work environment.
- Ensure all subordinates are aware and adhere to all aspects of health and safety, housekeeping procedures / practices / standards to sustain hazard free environment.
- To implement and execute lean related projects across the organization in order to enhance overall efficiency.
- Benchmarking energy consumption against best practice guidelines. and carrying out site inspections and completing energy surveys.
- Visit water treatment plant to check the PH value and water appearance to mitigate the environmental impact.
- Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by the management
