Position: Production Line Supervisor
Department/ Section: Production
Commander: Production Manager
Subordinate: Leader,Employees
Key Responsibilities
1. Receive direction and cooperate and report to Production manager to manage to ensure production line operates well according to required standards.
2. Control quality and productivity for all the leather during production produce.
3. Coordinate work with other relevant Supervisors to smoothly deploy work and complete it according to the targets set by superiors.
4. Check & Control man power spray line and other operations.
5. Quality check of Machinery working condition and take action for maintenance if required.
6. Check and supervise to ensure that all employees in the area under his management always comply with regulations on wearing full protective gear and safety when operating machinery.
7. Look for opportunities to develop the staff under his management to achieve the goals and improvements define by the Company.
8. Strictly follow the company's regulations, policies and procedures, including integrity and code of conduct in operating the business.
9. Follow local laws in Occupational Safety and Health and related regulations.
