Production & Merchandise Manager (Footwear)Next Sourcing Limited

• Minimum 8 years' experience in Footwear field, including product development & merchandising. Able to manage a Team working from Development to Production
• Full Understanding of Footwear Constructions and lead-times.
• A Good understanding of the UK Mkt Ladies, Men's and Childrens Footwear
• Familiar with UK Footwear market is advantageous
• Strong in Ladies Footwear - Leather and PU - Men's & Childrens Footwear knowledge an advantage. From Sports Fashion Casual to Formal.
• Ability to oversee product teams to ensure Development to Production is Ontime and to planned schedules. Meeting monthly Buying Budgets.
• Organized and self-motivated, able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to think and work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of people including European Buyers and Factories in Vietnam and Cambodia
• Knowledge of Key materials, shoe components and able to work on breakdown prices.
• Good command of Vietnamese as well as written and spoken English. Chinese spoken language preferred to communicate with Taiwanese Factories.
