1. Ensure production planning smoothly process & 100% planning efficiency

Daily monitoring and ensuring that customer demand /rolling demand forecast process "from order to delivery" are completed as per planning schedule to be effective and efficient as company targets
Create a Master Schedule Planning through resource analysis including material sizing and capacity sizing
Create daily/weekly production plan to supply for sale demand base on production capacity, raw material readiness, order confirmation and inventory policy then follow up production execution and meet on-time delivery.
Prepare operational schedules and coordinates manufacturing activities to plan sequence of on machine process, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations relating to specific portion of the product for guidance of production to ensure production and quality of products meet specifications
Upload weekly production plan into SAP system
Visits shopfloors frequently to review production status and work with Production teams on the issue prevention & resolution and ensure best utilization of skills, machines and manpower;
Meet daily with manufacturing team and other relevents to assess production schedules, (adjust as necessary based on production results) optimize run quantities, and minimize changeovers to help achieve 100% on time delivery.
Ensure the reasonable of plan to get the consensus of Production team Weekly
Ensure production progress, delivery and capacity of company from development stage throughout mass production

2. Coordinating and achievement the target with cross-function

Cooperate with cross-functional team to solve raw material issues (shortages, quality), or revise plan in case of late delivery of material, packaging (both soft file and SAP system) on development, continual improvement, preventive action and permanent corrective action on quality, delivery, and efficiency , ensure that production plan is proceeded smoothly Weekly/Daily and achieve company targets
Minimize change-overs and production schedule changes while maintaining the integrity of the production board revision
Update and control product change/upgrade in production plan to match confirmed change/upgrade and minimize SLOB Periodic/ When occur
To monitor the productivity and efficiency and to meet delivery on time and react to urgent customer's request and reschedule planning appropriately if possible.
Introduce long term resolutions to shortages due to lack of material control on the production floor.
Monitor planning metrics and drive for continuous improvement to the completion of complex assignments.
Proactively communicate supply chain issues and provide alternatives.

English good communication.
Word, Excel, Powerpoint is compulsory required.
SAP mindset and application.
Work under high pressure.
Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products.
Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products.
Schedule shift according to production needs.
Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.).
Others duties as assigned by Logistics Manager.
