Review material availability cycles for business orders and oversee ERP system material control and auditing.
Develop material requirements plans and manage control of long-lead-time materials.
Track materials to ensure timely returns and availability for production.
Coordinate with procurement, IQC, and material warehouses to handle urgent material needs and address quality issues with incoming materials.
Organize material coordination meetings to manage shortages, urgent materials, and follow up on material delivery schedules.
Supervise and control inventory of obsolete materials, regularly organize clearance and utilization of such materials, and handle scrap materials as needed, providing recommendations for their disposal.
Ensure rational inventory levels in the material warehouse and control the value of inventory to be reasonable.
Timely feedback on material information, availability status, and material anomalies to the PC and production departments.
Review and verify documents related to material withdrawals, returns, and scrap in the production workshop.
Compile and summarize relevant material data and report it to the appropriate departments regularly.
Ensure timely and accurate handling of materials affected by technical engineering changes.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Yêu cầu
Experience Requirement:
Over 1 year of experience in a similar position, or over 2 years of experience as a material controller
Knowledge、Skill Requirement:
Received training in production management, production planning management, material control management, ERP, and ISO 9001.
Personal Quality Requirement:
Possesses strong numerical sensitivity, coordination and communication skills, and planning and control abilities. Has a global perspective, a strong cost awareness, and cost control capabilities. Demonstrates a rigorous work attitude, responsibility, teamwork spirit, and the ability to handle a certain level of work pressure.
