Job Overview

The candidate will be based in Hanoi and will be working full-time in the office.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and Updating Project Management System;
- Meeting with staff members and clients to update status of job;
- Implementing and organizing research for given project;
- Reporting the research;
- Helping develop strategy, plan and timeline;
- Developing marketing content;
- Translating materials from English to Vietnamese and vice versa;
- Contact and work with different marketing channel to do advertising and PR;
- Assisting other members in accomplishing the tasks.
- Other tasks if required.
+ Admin Intern
Key responsibilities:
Office Manager:
• Organizes administrative activities that facilitate the running of an office
• Stationery & post
• Business ground & air travel coordination
• Records keeping
• Coordinating repairs & maintenance
• Coordinating & processing work requests
• Health & safety supplies, emergency preparedness plans
• Bookkeeping & accounting records keeping
• Cashier: manage and control of pretty cash

Requirements:
- University student;
- Understanding and knowing how to work well with Microsoft Office and other computer soft wares;
- Quickly understand and know how to work with Internet tools;
- Experience doing research;
- Fluent in English.
Preferred Skill and experience:
- Experience in project management;
- Gantt Chart know-how;
- Administrative management skill;
- Know the principle of implementing a research;
- Presentation skills;
- Ability to look into detail.
