Project Engineer

Define, prepare, lead and execute projects, in line with business needs and project management methods and techniques, in order to deliver projects according to objectives
Conduct the conceptual design, development, cost estimation and optimization and modification of existing production processes in accordance with HSE and operations guidelines.
Able to use process, engineering and HSE knowledge to supervise commissioning and start Up activities in a project setting
Through supplier network, project cost databases, previous project outcome and personal
Experience to ensure purchase of all necessary equipment and services for a project. To ensure just in time delivery including management of all documentation and logistic requirements
Able to use existing cost databases, previous project outcome and supplier network to accurately estimate cost for equipment, engineering , construction and additional services in a project setting
Stakeholders/interfaces external and internal to the project
Apply engineering and drawings, standards and specifications, previous experience and supplier knowledge to lead and supervise construction on a site on time/budget/in scope including HSE and quality aspects
Continually engage with the site operating team at all levels to develop an understanding of the site improvement needs and opportunities.
Contribute to the site investment plan to ensure the manufacturing capacity is safe, reliable and sufficient based on expected demand.
Develops, executes and/or manages engineering projects at the site to meet the proper efficiency, time, scope, budget, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Identify and analyze business need, stakeholders and linkages to other projects and define project scope
Formulate the project plan, determine budget and required resources, clarify role and involvement level of team members and acquire approval
Effectively engages with key site stakeholders (and other levels) to manage expectations on site (handover, training)
Provide insights regarding quantitative and qualitative project developments by means of reports and/or analyses
Evaluate and close project, identify and analyze lessons learned, archive project documents and handover project to customer
Negotiate with external parties, acquire approval and/or close contracts and monitor compliance with contracts
Delivers the site Capex investment plan in accordance with agreed site priorities
