Mô tả công việc
1. Safety:
• Oversee and maintain the safety of contractors, subcontractors, and Rheem personnel in line with RAPL policies as part of the ongoing project activities.
2. Project Planning:
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
3. Project Execution:
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, procurement, and manufacturing, to achieve project goals.
• Establish and chair regular project team meetings including minutes and actions.
• Utilise the Rheem Product Development Process (PDP001) to manage the development of new and modified products.
• Manage the implementation of Clarity portfolio management tools, and project workflow development.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Oversight and management of contractors and subcontractors for all assigned projects.
4. Technical Oversight:
• Verify all technical aspects of the project, including design specifications and manufacturing processes, meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the development and testing of prototypes, ensuring performance and safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with the R&D, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality to ensure technical deliverables are met.
• Assistance in generation of Request for Quotation, (RFQ), documentation and selection of contractors for delivery of assigned projects
5. Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
• Facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project reports, including performance metrics, risks, and issues.
6. Quality Assurance:
• Verify the quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring product quality and compliance with relevant standards.
• Coordinate with quality assurance teams to conduct inspections and tests at various stages of production.
• Address and resolve any quality issues that arise during the project.
7. Budget Management:
• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Report on budget performance, including cost variances and financial forecasts.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and technical specifications in both English and Vietnamese languages.
• Document lessons learned and best practices to support continuous improvement efforts.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management in manufacturing
• Strong English language skills to work with global team
• Proven experience in Project Management methodologies, preferably within the Automotive, Appliance or similar industries.
o Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practice
o Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, PMBOK, PRINCE).
• Reasonable knowledge of codes, Engineering principles, and systems required for management of industrial manufacturing systems installation projects, (mechanical, electrical, ventilation, water, sewer, general site services, safety, etc...).
• Strong technical knowledge of water heating systems, including gas, electric, and renewable energy sources preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001.
• Occasional Overseas Travel required for Training & Development purposes.
• Strong English language skills to work with global team
• Proven experience in Project Management methodologies, preferably within the Automotive, Appliance or similar industries.
