Job Description
Manage Internal team:

Manage team members, allocate equally tasks for members in your team, and guarantee to keep up the deadline;
Make sure members of your team complete their tasks rightly and in time;
Report all activities in your team;
Make sure that the budget is divided rightly, and all projects are completed as scheduled in the budget;
Be responsible for tracking the tasks; guarantee that all projects are completed in time and achieved the committed KPIs;
Find suppliers with competitive fees; check and approve new outsourcings;
Report directly to COO;
Work closely with other teams as well to make sure that all projects are implementing well.

Client

Work directly with the Clients to make sure that the KPIs are completed as scheduled in the budget;
Understand clients' needs; provide the services and distribute in suggesting, making plans based on clients' requirements and then implementing the plans;
Report monthly the progress of the project to clients.

Job Requirement

Have a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant;
Have at least two - year experience in the relevant positions;
Fluent in English (IELTS from 6.0 to above), be able to communicate directly with foreign clients;
Have abilities to manage Marketing Campaigns;
Have flexibility, logical and strategic mindset;
Catch up the market trends;
Be energetic, enthusiastic, and dedicated;
Excel communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills, convincing skills;
Have outstanding management ability.
Be professional in planning.
Have an excellent ability of managing projects
Have excellent office skills;
Have a personal laptop.
