Mô tả công việc

1. Job PurposeA project manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects within from theinitial ideation through to completion. Project manager coordinates people andprocesses to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomesaligned to objectives.
2. Key Responsibilities

Determine and define project scope and objectives
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effectiveand efficient manner
Track project costs in order to meet budget
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Motivate people involved in the project to complete tasks on time
Recommend policies, and procedures by evaluating outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends of assigned project/program
Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships toexpand and mature these capabilities for the organization
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing PMO standards.
Facilitate dependency management across the projects and programs
Share information, good practice and expertise with others
Support the review and analysis of completed programs/projects, including the coordination of post implementation reviews
Perform other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the Line Manager in order to meet department objectives

Yêu cầu

1. Qualification and Experience

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
Experience: at least 2 years of project management and related experience

Communication: Able to well communicate information and ideas clearly and articulately both in oral and written form
Self-confidence/resilience: Confidence to take on demanding work or put forward views when they may be challenged. Stays calm in a crisis. Handles competing demand
