Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Strong supplier network and resourceful in the sourcing for new suppliers based on the request and KPIs
 Sourcing and on-boarding suppliers for local purchase/Sourcing specialist for exorting goods/ Sourcing specialist to overseas PMG markets
 Ability to implement action plan, review, onboard new suppliers according to QA compliance/standards set by the clients
 Meticulous in managing and keeping track on the validity of supplier's contract. This includes all supporting documents/certificates such as GMP, SMETA.
 Quality Control - responsible for obtaining correct certification and documentation to ensure goods can be exported to end market.
 Act as an advisor to clients on print/promo/POS management solutions. Manage and execute sourcing requirements to ensure competitive cost analysis. Prepare RFQ documents and manage tender process
 Act as the primary point of contact to vendors, Build and manage vendor relationship. Conduct vendor audits in relation to compliance and practices
 Manage contract / agreement and terms with vendors
 Review vendor performance & Ensure compliance to business policies and practices. Manage vendor evaluation and assessment
 Manage overall progress and development of accounts and actively establish new business, develop and execute business proposals base one client requirement
 Ensure most efficient business program/idea is in place to attain highest level of productivity and customer satisfaction
 Organize, conduct and engage active conference calls with internal/external stakeholders to roll-out smooth business implementation across target markets
 Work with line Manager to produce and maintain weekly/monthly/quarterly revenue/target management and end of month reports on market performance.
 Responsible for the profitability of the allocated accounts.
 Establish and maintain effective working relationship with internal/external stakeholders
 Do weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ yearly report and other duties assign by direct report
