Public Area Supervisor

BAY CAPITAL DANANG HOTEL (Soon to be CROWNE PLAZA DANANG CITY CENTRE managed by IHG as of JAN 01ST 2025)
Supervise & inspect the work of assigned public areas attendants to ensure product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to hotel guests according to hotel business objectives.
Manage all special requests made by Guests & Operational Departments.
Ensure function rooms and toilets are clean before functions start.
Check the public area equipment & facilities.
Receive worksheet/checklist completed by public attendants & file all operational departments properly.
Check daily amenities and condition of tools after public attendants finish their shift.
Record any incidents on the Housekeeping Logbook.
Record all lost & found items & keep them in Lost & found cabinet.
Check all stores, pantries & make sure all doors are locked securely and all electricity application are turned- off.
Check & make sure an adequate amount of public attendant supplies for the day.
Report the Head of Room Department about any damage, damage in the living room, public areas.
Ensure a high standard of cleanliness of corridor and service areas.
Perform other tasks when requested by Manager.
