About our Company: Pi Associates is a quantitative asset management firm. We apply a scientific, regulated approach to investments, in short, involves identifying factors, or characteristics, of stocks that, in the long run, outperform the rest of the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and maintain Python scripts for data processing and analysis.
• Work with the quantitative research team to understand their data processing needs and provide solutions.
• Clean, manipulate, and merge large time-series datasets from various sources.
• Automate data processing tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform quality control checks on processed data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with the IT team to integrate data processing solutions with other systems and tools
Requirement
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong experience (at least 02 years) with Python and its scientific libraries (e.g. Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with financial markets and instruments.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
