Mô tả công việc
1. JOB OBJECTIVE
- Ensure that the quality of food products complies with company standards and legal regulations.
- Supervise and inspect the quality of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products during the production process.
2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspect the quality of incoming raw materials, packaging, and supplies according to issued standards.
- Monitor quality during production (in-line control): check temperature, humidity, weight, sensory attributes, hygiene of tools and equipment, etc.
- Inspect and uate the quality of final products before warehousing or distribution.
- Record and store quality inspection documents in accordance with regulations.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and R&D departments to handle quality issues.
- Participate in developing, reviewing, and updating product quality standards.
- Propose improvement measures to enhance product quality.
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
Yêu cầu
3. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from College/University in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. - Over 2 years of experience in QC positions within the food industry.
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, etc.).
- Careful, honest, and highly responsible.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in shifts (if required).
