We are seeking a dedicated QA Supervisor to manage and enhance our Quality Management System (QMS) within the Production department. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of quality throughout our operations.
- Manage and Control the QMS: Oversee the Quality Management System to ensure adherence to standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct Audits for Compliance: Perform regular audits to verify compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Develop Quality Procedures and Standards: Create and maintain quality procedures and standards to ensure consistent quality across all production processes.
- Enhance the QMS: Identify opportunities for improvements within the QMS and implement effective changes.
- Participate in Audits: Actively engage in internal and external audits, addressing findings promptly and maintaining accurate quality records.
- Analyze Quality Data: Utilize QMS tools to analyze quality data, track trends, non-conformances, and key performance indicators.
- Recommend Process Improvements: Provide insights and recommendations to improve production processes and overall product quality based on data analysis.
- Identify Quality Trends: Analyze customer complaints and returns data to identify trends and potential quality issues.
- Develop Corrective Action Plans: Formulate and implement corrective action plans to address customer concerns and reduce return rates.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives focused on continuous improvement using methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and oversee the management of corrective actions.
- Provide Leadership and Training: Mentor and train QA staff to ensure a high level of competency and awareness of quality standards.
- Present Quality Data: Prepare and present quality reports and data to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance product quality.
* Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month
* Shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh City, Bien Hoa City to Long Thanh Industrial Zone

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education & Working Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in Quality assurance or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in footwear production factory is an advantage.
- Experience working with Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001.
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and quality tools (e.g., SPC, Six Sigma, FMEA, Pareto Analysis).
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Good at English in both written and verbal skills
- Good at Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Good communication skill
