Quality Supervisor

Mission of the role:
Lead all quality working of TUCAI VN and working with quality team to perform inspection for incoming, process, laboratory, calibration, final production.
Lead all system topics of ISO 9001, 14001, OHAS 45001 and working with team to build and improvement.
1. Systems:
- Follow the process map to define the systems for TUCAI VN, it's included ISO 9001, 14001, OHAS 45001.
- Lead TUCAI VN team to clarify clear responsible for each department in each process, and prepare the documents for systems (procedure, WI forms, control planning).
- Lead company teams to follow system documents in actual operation and doing improvement to match process.
- Lead all audits from customer, certification, third party and working with team to close problems which find in audit.
- Lead and arrange internal audit and management review for yearly.
2. Process:
- Following WI to training relate inspectors (how to inspection and use tools).
- Lead quality team to control and inspection for incoming, extrusion, braiding, assembly.
- Lead company to analyze and solve for quality problems and customer claims. Collect all quality data for each machine and report to plant manager.
- Lead annual customer satisfaction for VN.
3. Laboratory:
- Prepare the WI for each test machine, and training for inspectors.
- Lead the daily checking for test machine, and inform maintenance when machine problem.
- Prepare the validation planning for Mass products, new article and certification production.
- Prepare the safety stock for chemical reagent which using in test.
4. Calibration:
- Define the Calibration planning for all tools which need calibration.
- Prepare the safety stock for inspection tools (Gauge, caliper).
- Certification for production:
- Follow certification requests to prepare the samples and arrange payment.
- Control and update the certificate documents for TUCAI VN.
- Administrative affairs for quality:
- Control all cost for quality department, and prepare the budget for yearly.
- Prepare and update the skill matrix and training planning for quality department.
