JOB DESCRIPTION
Planning & managing gift for PG activities.
Planning PG activation, shift, people & manage budget & ensure execution in store as plan.
Report weekly about offtake result from project.
Operation: Setting working calendar for PG, verify if PG not discipline, field check to make sure instore executions & contact with filed sales to correct process
Responsible for salary payment & confirm about accuracy number for PGs salary
Tracking execution of PG as routine include volume/ Shelf Share/ Market Share
Motivate PG by incentive scheme & have quick action if Volume Sales not achievable
Interact with agency to review weekly, monthly effectiveness of PG, keep tracking budget with agency, gift
Agile with competitor reactions to have promptly action
Internal process to proceed follow approval routine to execute
Proactive to connect with KAM team for seeking information & understand account insight to provide proper information for PGs team
Be innovative to approach way of working to optimize PG effectiveness
REQUIREMENTS
Have experience in FMCG environment & MT channel
Have leadership skill
Eager to learn and ability to adapt.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Good problem-solving & interpersonal communication skills.
