Mô tả công việc
Lead and manage assigned HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring efficient and timely delivery within scope and budget.
Structure and manage detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment among team members.
Identify, assess and mitigate project risks associated with project implementation, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Analyze project status, prepare and deliver regular updates on project schedule and outcomes.
Collaborate and engage with cross functional teams including HR, IT, Finance and Operations in all phases of the project to ensure successful project delivery.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR transformation, process changes and implementation.
Experience of partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships across the organisation.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage numerous projects.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Good command of English or Chinese.
3-5 years of experience in HR transformation, process changes and implementation.
