Job Purpose or Summary:

Develop Pharmacity Branded products to deliver sales & profit contribution in line with the annual P&L

Main Responsibilities:

- ORGANIZATION AND TEAM MANAGEMENT
1. Develop divisional/departmental organizational structure, job descriptions, budget to perform the company strategies/goals. Ensure periodical review or whenever necessary;
2. Develop divisional/departmental and individual KPIs, do alignment with direct line manager and ensure the target achievement;
3. Set targets to subordinates by assigning KPIs, giving instructions, supporting for achieving the targets and ensuring performance appraisal as requested;
4. Build-up and develop the team, organize and assign tasks, manage the team performance; implement the employees' competence evaluation and have professional development activities to fix gap between the current and expectation;
5. Deliver training of processes, procedures, work standards/instructions to subordinates, and ensure the compliance within the delegated function;
6. Create best practices for the teams in the systematic approach and ensure activities are delivered in line with these best practices (Includes SOPs, process, policies, work instructions, improvement ideas);
7. Motivate, encourage employee engagement and ensure a positive work environment;

- PMC BRAND MANAGEMENT
1. Create and deliver an annual plan of New Products to the range that meet Customer needs and supports the sales participation growth of Own Brand against agree KPIs;
2. Negotiate with Suppliers to optimize Costs and MOQs for new and existing products;
3. Find new sources of supply to ensure we have suitable
sources for product that meet our quality and ethical expectations;
4. Ensure Launch of new products is on time and launches effectively, with great staff and customer engagement;
5. Brand manage products in terms of pricing, marketing, promotions;
6. Minimize out of stock issues, by forecasting to suppliers, managing risk of suppliers;
7. Manage Life cycle of products and brands - discontinue quickly with low risk if products aren't working, redevelop and relaunch when needed to improve sales.

Requirements:

- Professional major : Economic, Finance, Commercial
- 2nd language ability : Good at English
- Computer usage ability : All usual Microsoft office programs
- Related experiences: 5years+ in product development, preferable in retail own brand

2. Sourcing skills and experience
3. Understanding of Manufacturing
4. Brand management, Project management skills
5. Understanding of Pricing and promotion to drive sales
